What we guarantee

Every Pinell Tools hub remover, flange remover and tool set is warranted against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the tool, to the original purchaser. If a Pinell tool fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.

These tools are machined to survive a working jobsite. There is no meaningful wear-out mechanism in the tool body, and no maintenance schedule to keep up with. If one ever fails, it is because we made a mistake — and that is exactly what this warranty is for.

What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship in the tool body, drive and housing
• Manufacturing defects in carbide inserts supplied with the tool
• Cases and set components against manufacturing defects

What is not covered

• Damage from abuse, misuse, or use outside the tool’s intended purpose
• Damage from modification, disassembly or unauthorised repair
• Cosmetic marks and finish wear from normal use
• Loss or theft

This warranty covers the original purchaser and is not transferable on resale.

About the carbide inserts

Customers often ask what happens when the cutting insert wears out. In practice, it does not. The inserts are industrial carbide, engineered to cut steel — cutting PVC and ABS barely touches them.

Better still, each insert has four usable cutting edges. If an edge is ever chipped, typically from a dropped tool rather than from cutting, you simply unscrew the insert, rotate it to a fresh edge and keep working. Four edges, one insert. Replacement inserts are inexpensive and always available directly from us.

How to make a claim

1. Email info@pinelltools.com, or call 985-200-0248.
2. Include a photo or short video showing the defect. This is usually all we need.
3. We confirm your purchase from our own order records — you do not need to dig out a receipt.

Once a claim is confirmed, we cover every cost: return shipping if we need the tool back, and shipping on the replacement. We aim to ship replacements the same day. Our customers are working tradespeople and we know a tool sitting in a box costs you jobs.

Our record

In three years of production we have handled a small handful of warranty claims, and every one was resolved immediately and at our cost. We are a small American manufacturer in Houma, Louisiana. Our reputation with plumbers is the whole business, and we would rather replace a tool than argue about one.
