Very impressed with the tool

I recently bought this PVC fitting reamer tool, and I wanted to leave an honest review because my opinion completely changed after using it a little more.

At first, I’ll be honest, I wasn’t very impressed. I didn’t feel like I was getting the results I expected, and I thought maybe the tool just wasn’t going to work well for what I needed.

What really changed things for me was the customer service. The owner of the company personally reached out to me, took the time to explain more about how the tool works, and helped me troubleshoot a few things so I could use it more effectively. We were able to come up with a couple solutions that made a huge difference.

That kind of customer service is honestly pretty rare these days, and it completely changed my experience. Once I better understood how to use it, I was really impressed with both the quality of the tool and how well it performed.

I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good tool to remove PVC pipe fittings. Great product, and even better customer service.

Works well, nice quality. Had a bad shower drain, low access in a finished space saved us probably 3h of messing around

A hard job made easy

I purchased the 2" one recently and it made it so simple . Fitting was right on the concrete floor on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building . This tool let me make the repair without opening the wall on the lower floor. Just ordered the 3" one . I'm slowly making up the entire kit . Excellent tool for the van.
